Jayavant Laxman Gunjakar

Jayavant L. Gunjakar received M.Sc. (2004) and Ph.D. degree in physics (2009) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, MS, India. He worked as a research professor in Ewha Womans University, South Korea and later moved to Dongguk University, South Korea in 2016 as assistant professor in Division of Physics and Semiconductor Science. He awarded by prestigious Ramanujan Fellowship in 2017 from Department of Science and Technology (DST), Gov. of India, and currently working as a Ramanujan Fellow in the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research at D. Y. Patil Education Society (Deemed to be University), MS, India. His research interest includes 2-D inorganic nanosheet based nanohybrids for energy storage and conversion applications.
